We had a great experience. Two people in our party have Celiac Disease. We mentioned gluten allergy. Bobby C. served us. He was amazing.. he was so careful to make sure there was no chance of cross-contamination. We tend to be nervous about that, but this time we didn’t have to worry at all. He was very kind, super careful with every step, and gave the best customer service our group had ever experience. Definitely recommend!

I went with my husband, our two kids, and three of their friends. The experience was absolutely wonderful! The ice cream was fresh, creamy, and full of flavor and the portions were generous too. My husband loved it so much he even went back for seconds! What really stood out was the service. The staff were so kind and patient, even with my kids and their excited (and noisy) orders. The owner even noticed how much we were enjoying ourselves and treated us to extra chocolate dipped int strawberry fruit - such a thoughtful surprise from the house. More recently, I ordered a 12x18 ice cream cake for a farewell program at my company. It was a huge hit! Everyone loved it, and it disappeared faster than any other cake in our team’s history. Even those who usually avoid sweets couldn’t resist. Cold Stone Creamery in Columbia truly delivers outstanding service and unforgettable treats. I loved theice server and tasting. I got coffee with almonds and the for small, it was huge, didn't even finish it, but extremely satisfied with the ice cream. Creamy and sugary, nice touch of coffee with very fresh chopped almond. Definitely would do it again!
